Single Adult Ministry
Our ministry provides the opportunity to inspire, encourage, comfort and minister to the single women in the church as well as in the community by developing a deeper relationship with God. Knowing that we are all single differently; either by choice, divorce or widow, we know that we are single women after God’s own heart by exploring deeper relationships with God through praise, prayer and Bible study.
It is our desire to provide opportunities for single women to enter into a relationship with Jesus Christ and to grow in the knowledge of Him. Only Jesus can fill the God-longing in every heart. We seek His guidance to develop lifestyle specific programs that equip 21st Century women to lead balanced, satisfying, virtuous and victorious lives.

 Wanda Maxwell, Leader
As a single woman for over ten years, I have relied on God to get me through many tough times. Whether it be as a single-parent, managing a household, or rejected by man, I know God is my provider, my provision and my protector. I pray you too will share my love for Christ and enjoy the company of other single women of all ages. I pray you will grow with us as we are drawn closer to God.

I chose SAW as the ministry I wanted to place my anchor. God has blessed me tremendously in my singleness. I’m a single parent and with God’s grace, He has helped me raise my daughter to adulthood. For He alone, I give to Him all the glory. Undoubtedly, I know God can use any situation or circumstance to bring Him glory and for my good.

Being a part of the teaching ministry in Bayview is one of the most uplifting and enlightening experience in my life. Teaching and encouraging women in the Word provides me the opportunity to strengthen my walk, be a helper and a learner at the same time.
